Schönes helles 11 m² Zimmer in 4-Zimmer Wohnung an kinderliebe/n Mitbewohner/-in zur Zwischenmiete für den März zu vermieten, gern auch an Wochenendheimfahrer, Pendler oder jemand, der beruflich viel unterwegs ist.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Möbel müssen auch drin bleiben. Ich würde auch die Kisten auf dem Schrank drin lassen, weil ich sie leider nicht woanders unterstellen kann. Die Schlafcouch kann ausgezogen werden. Es liegt aber noch eine extra Matratze drauf, dass es bequemer ist.
Wichtige Info: Ich habe zwei Kinder, eine sechsjährige Tochter und ein Baby, welche abends ihre Ruhe zum Schlafen brauchen. Wechselnde Übernachtungsgäste sind daher nicht möglich.
Die S-Bahn-Station Fasanenpark ist 3 Min entfernt, es dauert ca. 16 Min. bis zur Innenstadt.
Nice bright 11 m² room in 4-room flat for flatmate who likes kids for intermediate/temporary rent in march. Also gladly to someone driving home for the weekends or traveling a lot for work.
The room is furnished and the furniture must stay in it. I would also leave the boxes on the wardrobe, because unfortunately I can't put them somewhere else. The sofa bed can be pulled out. But there's an extra mattress on top to make it more comfortable.
Important information: I have two children, a six-year-old daughter and a baby, who need their peace and quietness to sleep in the evening. Changing overnight guests are therefore not possible.
The S-Bahn station Fasanenpark is 3 minutes away, it takes about 16 minutes to the city centre.
Die Wohnung liegt in Unterhaching, im Südosten von München. S-Bahn S3, Bus und Autobahn sind in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe ein Netto und sonst in Unterhaching noch weitere Läden.
Ich bin aktuell in Elternzeit und oft mit dem Baby zu Hause. Deswegen wäre es gut, wenn Du kein Home-Office machst bzw. beruflich eh viel unterwegs bist, weil wir uns sonst gegenseitig stören.
Hauptsache ist, wir verstehen uns gut, Du bist unkompliziert und offen und suchst keine Party-WG. Wenn Du super ordentlich bist oder Ruhe liebst, ist die Wohnung wahrscheinlich nichts für dich.
Ich bin ebenfalls ein offener lebenslustiger Mensch, der gerne was unternimmt, aber auch mal gerne zu Hause entspannt.
Bevorzugen würde ich jemand, der/die einen festen unbefristeten Job hat, oder eine andere Sicherheit, dass er die Miete zahlen kann.
Am besten Du erzählst ein bisschen was von Dir, dass ich eine kleine Vorstellung bekomme, wer Du bist: Wie alt bist Du, wie lang bist Du schon hier, was hast Du vor, was sind Deine Hobbys?

Und bitte auch, ob Du schon Erfahrungen mit Kindern hast und welche.
