Das sanierte, denkmalgeschützte Bauernhaus in Feldmoching hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Das freie Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock und ist ca. 18m2 gross und hat mehrere Fenster. Wir teilen uns ein modernes Bad im ersten Stock. In der Diele wird ein Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet. Im Dachgeschoss bin ich untergebracht. Im Erdgeschoss liegt die grosszügige Küche mit Speisekammer (aka. Home Office/Gästezimmer), ein Esszimmer, sowie das Wohnzimmer. Vor dem Haus liegt ein kleiner Sitzplatz und kleiner Gemeinschaftsgarten zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Ich plane Hochbeete anzulegen. Die Zimmer können möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Bezug ab 1. Juni oder später. Möblierung wird anfang Juni geliefert, aber erst ende Juni von mir eingerichtet, da ich noch im Ausland bin.
Grundsätzlich auch offen für Paare.

The renovated, historic farmhouse in Feldmoching has 3 bedrooms. The vacant room is on the second floor and is approx. 18m2 and has several windows. We share a modern bathroom on the second floor. A workstation will be set up in the hallway. I live in the attic. On the first floor is the spacious kitchen with pantry (aka. Home Office/guest room), a dining room and the living room. There is a small seating area and communal garden in front of the house for shared use. I am planning to install raised garden beds. The rooms can be furnished on request. The furniture will be delivered at the beginning of June, but I will not set it up until the end of June, as I am still abroad.
Open to couples, as well.
Das Haus liegt in Feldmoching ca. 8 Gehminuten von U-Bahn und S-Bahn entfernt. In der Nähe sind Läden, Cafes, und Restaurants. Der Feldmochinger See kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Liegt perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen. TUM und LMU Oberschleissheim sehr gut erreichbar.

The house is located in Feldmoching about 8 minutes walk from the subway and S-Bahn. There are stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Feldmochinger See can be reached on foot. Perfectly located between main station and airport. TUM and LMU Oberschleissheim can be easily reached.
Ich bin eine 32-jährige Mikrobiologin aus Zürich mit Katze. Tagsüber arbeite ich im Labor an der LMU in Oberschleißheim. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne baden, snowboarden, oder gärtnere. Ich schätze es sehr, wenn man mit den Mitbewohner:innen gemeinsam was kocht und gesellig beisammen ist. Ich unterhalte mich gerne am Abend bei einem Wein/Bier/Tee über den Alltag und weniger alltägliches. Ich schätze einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang der offen ist für sämtliche Lebenswelten und -gestaltungen.
Das zweite WG-Zimmer wird von Historiker Leander bewohnt, der für einen Forschungsaufenthalt in München ist. Er schätzt einen humorvollen Umgang und geht in seiner Freizeit gerne an Punk-Konzerte. Er pendelt momentan zwischen München, Berlin, Zürich, und Bern. Er liebt die Deutsche Bahn innig, aber die SBB noch ein bisschen mehr.
Wichtiger Bestandteil der WG ist noch die 10 jährige Katze Schatulla. Sie ist sehr verspielt und mit Menschen sehr verkuschelt, im Umgang mit anderen Katzen allerdings pure Soziopathin.

I am a 32-year-old microbiologist from Zurich with a cat. During the day I work in the laboratory at the LMU in Oberschleissheim. In my free time I like to go swimming, snowboarding or gardening. I really enjoy cooking with my flatmates and socializing from time to time. I enjoy talking about everyday life and less mundane things over a glass of wine/beer/tea in the evening. I appreciate a considerate approach that is open to all lifestyles and lifestyles.
The second room in the shared flat is occupied by historian Leander who is in Munich for a research stay. He appreciates a sense of humor and likes to go to punk concerts in his free time. He currently commutes between Munich, Berlin, Zurich and Bern. He loves Deutsche Bahn dearly, but SBB even more.
The 10-year-old cat Schatulla is also an important part of the flat share. She is very playful and very cuddly with people, but is a pure sociopath with other cats.
Das Haus wird frisch bezogen und daher trudelt die Einrichtung für Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer allenfalls etwas verzögert ein, es sind aber alle Einrichtungsbasics vorhanden. Strom und Internet ist zum Einzugstermin vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner kommen ende Juni.

The house is newly occupied and therefore the furnishings for the kitchen, living room and dining room will arrive during June, but all the basic furnishings are available. Electricity and internet are running by the time we move in. Washing machine and dryer will arrive at the end of June.
