16qm Zimmer in 3er WG ab Mitte Juli in Hasenbergl Süd

Die Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock und es gibt einen kleinen Aufzug.
Es gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In 5 Minuten ist man z.B. zu Fuß beim Lidl und in 15 Minuten beim Edeka, Aldi oder Rewe.

Die nächsten öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind die U2 (Hasenbergl, 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß) und mehrere Busse (Hasenbergl Süd, 5 min zu Fuß).
Damit ist man (Fahrzeit) in ca. 30 Minuten am TUM Stammgelände und der LMU.

Ganz in der Nähe sind auch der Fasaneriesee und der Feldmochinger See.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is a small elevator.
There are some shopping facilities nearby. For example, in 5 minutes you can walk to Lidl and in 15 minutes to Edeka, Aldi or Rewe.

The nearest public transport is the U2 (Hasenbergl, 10-15 minutes walk) and several buses (Hasenbergl Süd, 5 min walk).
This means that you can reach the TUM main campus and the LMU in about 30 minutes (travel time).

Nearby are also the Fasaneriesee and the Feldmochinger See.

Deine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen werden Lara und Antonia sein.

Lara ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Kommunikationswissenschaft. Sie ist großer Film-Fan, einem gemeinsamen Filmabend steht also nichts im Wege. Sie macht gern Yoga, geht immer mal wieder joggen und arbeitet momentan im Theater.

Antonia ist 27 Jahre alt, hat Bauingenieurwesen studiert und beginnt im Sommer zu arbeiten. Sie geht gern in die Berge zum Wandern und Klettern. Und sie backt auch sehr gern.

Beide leben vegetarisch und kochen auch hin und wieder gemeinsam.

Insgesamt sind wir eher ruhiger, keine Party-WG. Freunde und Besuch sind natürlich trotzdem immer willkommen. Eben die klassische Mischung aus mal zusammen und mal ‘Türe zu’.

Your roommates will be Lara and Antonia.

She‘s a big movie fan, so nothing stands in the way of a movie night together. She also likes doing yoga and goes jogging from time to time. At the moment she‘s working at the theatre.

Antonia is 27 years old and studied civil engineering. She will start working in summer. She likes to go hiking and climbing in the mountains and also likes to bake.

Both are vegetarian and also like to cook together.

Overall, we are rather quiet, no party WG, friends and visitors are of course always welcome. Just the classic mixture of sometimes together and sometimes 'door closed'.

Wichtig ist, dass nicht rauchst.

Ich werde voraussichtlich Anfang Juli ausziehen, sodass du ab Mitte Juli auf jeden Fall einziehen könntest.
