Das Wohnobjekt befindet sich im Norden von München am Blütenan-ger 64, 80995 München
In dieser WG (10 Bewohner) wohnen weibliche und männliche Studenten aus dem In- und Ausland im Alter zwischen 18 und 27 Jahren.
Zur Zimmerausstattung gehören:
- Kleiderschrank
- Bett mit Matratze
- Schreibtisch
- Stuhl
- Kühlschrank
- Nachtkästchen
Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen WLAN Anschluss.
Jedes Apartment ist mit einer Dusche und einem WC ausgestattet. Die Küche steht für die gemeinschaftliche Nutzung zur Verfügung und wird von 7-10 Personen benutzt. Jeder Bewohner hat einen ab-schließbaren Küchenschrank, in dem er seine Kochutensilien aufbewahren kann.
Zur WG gehört auch ein Sportplatz, der den Bewohnern zur Verfügung steht.
Die Mietverträge werden für die Dauer von einem Jahr ausgestellt und können verlängert werden.
Description
The residential property is located in the north of Munich Am Blüte-nanger 64, 80995 Munich.
Female and male students, from Germany and abroad, between the ages of 18 and 27, live in this shared facility.
All rooms have:
- a wardrobe
- a bed with mattress
- a Writing desk
- a chair
- a fridge
- a nightstand
and WLAN connection.
Each apartment has WC and shower for personal use. The kitchen is used communally by all 7-10 residents. Each person has a lockable kitchen cabinet, in which he can store his cooking utensils.
The property also has a sports field, that is available to the residents.
Rental contracts are issued for a period of one year and can be ex-tended.
