A bit about me: I've lived in Munich for 4 years and work in an aviation company. Currently, I'm sharing the house with a Finnish exchange student, who is leaving at the end of July. Starting in August, I'm looking for a new roommate. This is a relatively new WG, fully equipped, but I'm looking for design ideas to make it a cooler place.
The house is in Feldmoching, a quiet neighborhood close to nature and lakes, with easy access to the city. It’s a 7-minute walk to U2 and S1, or a 1-minute bus ride (bus station is 15m away). It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the city center, and there’s a very convenient connection to the airport.
The house has three floors, with a living room and two rooms on separate floors, each with private bathrooms. The house was built in 2022, and I was the first occupant.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. The living room is also fully furnished, and these spaces are shared. What we need are some paintings, plants, and decorations to enhance the space.

Ein bisschen über mich: Ich lebe seit 4 Jahren in München und arbeite in einem Luftfahrtunternehmen. Derzeit teile ich das Haus mit einer finnischen Austauschstudentin, die Ende Juli auszieht. Ab August suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner. Dies ist eine relativ neue WG, vollständig ausgestattet, aber ich suche nach Designideen, um es cooler zu machen.
Das Haus befindet sich in Feldmoching, einem ruhigen Viertel in der Nähe der Natur und der Seen, mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Es sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur U2 und S1 oder 1 Minute mit dem Bus (die Bushaltestelle ist 15m entfernt). Es dauert 20-25 Minuten, um ins Stadtzentrum zu gelangen, und es gibt eine sehr gute Verbindung zum Flughafen.
Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke, mit einem Wohnzimmer und zwei Zimmern auf separaten Etagen, jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Das Haus wurde 2022 gebaut und ich bin der erste Bewohner.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Geräten, einschließlich Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Ofen. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls voll möbliert und diese Räume werden gemeinsam genutzt. Was wir brauchen, sind einige Gemälde, Pflanzen und Dekorationen, um den Raum zu verschönern.
