Dein Zimmer hat dunkel Parkett, ein Fenster und ist unmöbliert, mit schnellem Wifi (direkt neben dem Router). Es ist natürlich 14qm, aber trotzdem schön und da du auf der anderen Seite des Flurs bist hört man die anderen Mitbewohner weniger :)
Den Putzdienst teilen wir uns auf, man ist aber auch flexibel wenn es eben in einer Woche zu stressig ist.

Your room is featured with nice dark wood flooring and excellent WiFi. It is only 14qm, but really nice with a good window and since you're on the other side of the corridor - really quiet. We’re normally sharing the cleaning, so you would only have to deep clean every 3 weeks, which makes the place nice and tidy. We can talk about cost for any furniture and the deposit once we get to know each other.

Die U-Bahnstation ist 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus fahren alle 5-10 Minuten U-Bahnen in 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
There’s a bus running 5 minutes away and a tram taking you to Münchener Freiheit 10 minutes away by foot.
The underground is only 7-8 minutes by foot, from which there are trains running every 5-10 minutes, taking you to central station in 10 minutes. We can also discuss you lending my bike, which will make it a lot quicker.
Hier wohne ich seit fast 3 Jahren mit meinen beiden tollen Mitbewohnerinnen, ziehe jetzt aber mit meinem Freund zusammen.
Wir sind eine sehr herzliche WG, die sich auch mal gemeinsam mit einem Glas Wein auf unseren Balkon setzt, verstehen aber auch wenn man mal seine Ruhe möchte.
Eine meiner Mitbewohnerin spiel Klavier und übt das auch regelmäßig, hier muss also Verständnis herrschen. Beide haben ihren geregelten Tagesablauf und arbeiten, deshalb suchen wir jemandem der ihnen da entspricht und auch seine Arbeit hat, zB dual studiert oder ähnliches :)
Man ist in der WG so hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll und haben auch noch einen tollen Sinn für Humor.
Ive been living here 3 years now with my two amazing roommates (one of which is new and freshly moved in as well), so I am only moving as I move in with my boyfriend.
We are a very loving friendly flat share, we can drink and cook together, enjoy our great balcony together, but also respect each others space (if someone is tired from work and just wants to chill in their room). One of my room mates has been playing the piano for (I think?) almost 15 years now, which she practices daily. Both of them are working, so we are looking for someone with a job or that doesn't mind the piano.
