The apartment is fully furnished and the room is 14 square meters. The room is also fully furnished with a cupboard, a dedicated study table and chair set, a mirror, a bed with mattress and curtains. This room is also connected (but separated by door) to another room which is occupied by my flatmate.
In addition, you have a really nice, generously-sized eat-in kitchen. The layout includes a dedicated sitting area with a comfortable sofa, dinning table for 6, an attached balcony, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven.
The bathroom and toilet are also perfectly aligned with a window for good ventilation.
If you are looking for a short-term sublet option for one-month (August) or a bit longer, we can also discuss this possibility.

The flat is well connected with a bus stop (5 mins) and the U-Bahn station (7 mins) within walking distance.
Edeka, Penny, DM and some local markets are all 5-7 mins walking distance from the flat.
The flat is located in a quiet locality with the balcony facing an open space and other flats.
The flat is currently occupied by 2 females (both Indian) working in the IT sector who are friendly and sociable (Ages 28-32). The living room including the dining table, kitchen, and an attached balcony is a large, well-lit common area. This is a shared space for hanging out/cooking together once in a while. My flatmates would be open to mingle and chat over a cup of tea/coffee/wine and have a good living atmosphere in this space, however, personal space is also important.
The balcony is perfect for a couple of people to sit outside on a warm, summer day.
My flat mates are looking for someone who also takes care of the flat (common area) and share the cleaning chores.
In our flatshare, the shower and toilet are separate, which makes it easy to get ready on busy days. :)
