- U-Bahn Fraunhoferstr (U1/U2): vor der Tür.
- Tram: vor der Tür.
- Isarauen: 50 Mts
- Marienplatz/Viktualienmarkt: 10 Minuten zu Fuss.
- Supermärkte, Läden, Nachtleben und Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe.
- Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (500 Meter von Marienplatz)
