I am subrenting my fully furnished room in a very nice altbau in Glockenbachviertel for March and April :)
Cost:
- 760 per month
- Kaution: 1000 EUR
Key infos:

- Baldeplatz bus stop is 3 minutes away
- Goetheplatz/Poccistrasse/Fraunhoferstrasse U-bahn stations are all approx. 15 minutes walking away
Flat:

- dishwasher, washing machine :)
The whole flat is moving out in the end of April therefore I limit the dates until 29.04 but if you need to stay somewhere until the very end of April, you of course can :)
The flat is in the Glockenbachviertel which is an amazing neighbourhood, right on Isar, with a ton of bars, coffee and food places.
We are a very chilled WG with everyone doing their own thing. Luisa, Danielle and Felix are all very open and nice to spend time with! Danielle is from the US and Luisa and Felix are German, all of us are working right now.
We offer both in-person and online visits :)
