the room is on the 4th floor .its very spacious , and full of light in the morning . there is a queen sized bed , very big table to work on . you will have all you need for a 3 week stay ( bed sheets, kitchen is fully furnished ,washing machine , a closet ,...)
The Goetheplatz Ubahn in 3 mins walk from the house . the closest supermarket is just a block away, also there you can find many Italian, Turkish,... restaurants in walking distance . the city center is only 20 minutes walk from the house .
Im an art student in the Academy of fine arts in Munich and I share the flat only with one other person. She's a teacher and very friendly.
We are looking for someone who is very clean and has lived in a shared flat before . this flat would be perfect for someone who wants to stay here for 3 weeks to find a more permanent flat.
