Wir - 2 Mädels aus der Ukraine ( eine Athletin und Tierarztfachangestellte) und 1 x junger Koch aus Mexico - suchen dich als neue:n WG-Partner:in.
Unser Zimmer in der gemischten 8er -WG ist ca 35m² groß und hat einen privaten Ausgang zum über 800m² großen Garten mit eigener Terasse. Dem nächsten Grillabend steht somit nichts mehr im Weg :)
Die Miete über 825€ beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie: Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Eine Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, wir suchen jemanden der zwischen 17.04 -01.05 einziehen möchte.
Ausstattung:
- Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit neuen Möbeln: Bett (mit Matratze und Schubladen/Stauraum), Schreibtisch und riesiger Schrank (mit Kleiderstange und Schrankbrettern)
- Schnelles 250mb Internet inklusive
- Gemütliche, vollausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit großem Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sowie einen Wintergarten
- insgesamt 3 Duschen sowie 3 Toiletten für 8 Mitbewohner
- Waschraum mit Waschmaschine vorhanden

We - 2 girls from Ukraine (one athlete and one veterinary assistant) and 1 young chef from Mexico - are looking for you as a new flatmate.
Our room in the mixed 8-person shared flat is approx. 35m² in size and has a private exit to the 800m² garden with its own terrace. So nothing stands in the way of the next barbecue evening. :)
The rent of 825€ includes all additional costs such as: Water, heating, electricity, internet and GEZ.
Registration is of course possible.
The room is available immediately, we are looking for someone who would like to move in between 17.04 -01.05.
Equipment:
- Room is fully furnished with new furniture: bed (with mattress and drawers/storage space), desk and huge wardrobe (with clothes rail and cupboard shelves)
- Fast 250mb internet included
- Comfortable, fully equipped communal kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher as well as a winter garden
- A total of 3 showers and 3 toilets for 8 flatmates
- Laundry room with washing machine available
This is a new shared house and we are currently looking for more flatmates.
Das Haus befindet sich 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn U6 Großhadern.
Die U6 bringt dich innerhalb vom 15 Minuten zum Marienplatz und weiter zur Universität und auch nach Garching.
Es befinden sich Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Banken, Tankstelle, Post in direkter Umgebung.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the subway line U6 Großhadern.
The U6 takes you within 15 minutes to Marienplatz and further to the university and also to Garching.
There is a bakery, butcher, supermarket, banks, gas station and post office in the immediate neighborhood.
