A room with a private bathroom and toilet is available in a student hostel. The room is furnished with a reading table, a chair, a wardrobe, and a bed to get you settled in without any hassle. The room has a French balcony, from which you can enjoy the outside view from the comfort of your room.
The amount for the whole rental period of 6 weeks is 650 (bill inclusive).
The apartment has a big kitchen already equipped with Fridge, Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric Stove with oven, etc., and it is shared with the other 7 tenants. You only have to bring your own kitchen utensils. It also has 2 big balconies where you can enjoy the summer sun.
The building has an elevator, and coin-operated washing machines/dryers are available for use.

There are grocery stores like Edeka, Lidl, Penny, and Aldi within a reasonable distance, about 10–15 minutes on foot, depending on the store.
