Hello. I am moving from my room in a 4-person shared apartment on June 10th, 2024. So I'm looking for a new tenant to get my room in the cozy and friendly WG in Hadern area for longterm.
The flat is on the 7th floor so you get a pretty nice view from the window and the balcony. The flat is on the northern part of the building so it won't get as hot during the summer. We have two bathrooms, each having a shower, and one bathtub at the bigger bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also have a washing machine/dryer in the flat.
The room is 10m2 large and is furnished with bed,desk, chair, wardrobe, shelf and a carpet.
- Terofalstraße is located in the Blumenau-Hadern district
- Shops (Edeka, Netto, Norma) and various retail stores are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes
- In front of the door is the bus stop "Terofalstrasse" line 168 and 56, also U6(Großhadern) is in 15min walking distance.
- The apartment is on the 7th floor. Of course the building has an elevator, you don't need to be an athlete!
We currently have a friendly and lively atmosphere. You can enjoy a beer or two during the weekends with your flatmates. We have a WG dinner happening every month where we try restaurants from different parts of the world. We also sometimes organize travelling to other cities or daytrips around Munich when the weather is good. However, we also respect each other's privacy.
We also have a completely international formation. I am studying my masters in Informatics at TUM. Pranay is also a master student at TUM studying Management. Padraig is the in-house mathematician working for a startup and Amjad is doing his post-doc in thermodynamics. All are learning german, so maybe one day you can change the language of the WG or at least practice your speaking skills with your flatmates.
Cleanliness is also very important for us. We have a weekly cleaning schedule.
