Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch eine gemeinschaftliche Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Abstellkammer.

Die Wohnung liegt im achten Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses im Stadtteil Hadern. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Ein Bus ist in unter fünf Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, eine Tram mit etwa sieben Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es ausreichend Supermärkte, die schnell zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

The apartment is located on the eighth floor of an apartment building in the Hadern district. There is also an elevator. The neighborhood is very quiet. A bus can be reached in under five minutes on foot and a streetcar is about seven minutes away on foot. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, which can be reached quickly on foot.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide 20 Jahre alt und studieren an der TUM. Sie suchen einen dritten Mitbewohner, der auch Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung legt. Natürlich wäre es auch schön, wenn man sich mal zusammensetzen kann.
