Wir suchen ab Juni eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für unsere WG an der UBahn Großhadern. Das Zimmer hat einen hellen Laminatboden und ein großes, sodass eine helle und gemütliche Atmosphäre entsteht. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr hochwertige Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist weiß gefliest und hat Badewanne und Waschbecken. Es gibt auch ein separates WC. Ein absperrbares Kellerabteil für das sichere Einlagern von Gegenständen ist auch vorhanden.
We are looking for a new flatmate from June for our apartment directly at the subway station of Grosshadern. Your room has white walls, laminate floor and a big window what creates a cosy atmosphere. So for anybody who likes the smart home experience and a modern stile of living, this is the place to be. The flat has furthermore a fashionable kitchen with oven, fridge and a dishwasher. The bathroom comes with 2 sinks, a comfortable bathtub and a washing machine. There is also storage space in the basement available.
Die Wohnung liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung (500m) vom Klinikum Großhadern entfernt und damit ideal gelegen für Medizinstudenten und im Krankenhaus Beschäftigte. Die Ubhan-Haltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Wohnung, die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor) ist dadurch in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar. Per Auto ist die A96 (Lindau) in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Geschäfte für die alltäglichen Besorgungen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Drogerie...) sowie Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu finden.
The flat is 500m away from Grosshadern hospital and is threfore perfect for medicine students, nurses or anybody working in or around Munich's biggest hospital. The subway station is right in front of the the house, from there you can easily reach the city center (Sendlinger Tor) in less than 15 minutes. The highway A96 is only a 3 minutes drive away. Shopping possibilities like supermarkets, bakery, drug store, etc as well as bars and restaurants are all in near walking distance.
Sauberkeit und Nicht-Rauchen in der Wohnung sind die einzign wirklichen Regeln des Zusammenlebens. Sonst führen wir ein recht lockeres WG-Leben. Zusammensitzen oder mal weggehen wenn's sich ergibt, muss aber nicht ständig sein. Und wenn die Zimmertüre mal längere Zeit geschlossen ist ist auch niemand böse. Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst auch so zu leben und keine Lust auf eine reine Zweck-WG hast bist du bei uns möglicherweise genau richtig!
