Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert mit einem Bett und einem Schreibtisch. Es ist zwar ein bisschen klein aber dafür ist das Badezimmer richtig schön mit hübschen Fliesen, einem coolen Regenduschkopf, der einen super Druck hat, und einer Waschmaschine. Wir haben auch einen schönen Balkon, wo man auf gemütlichen Sessel chillen kann und eventuell rauchen kann. Wir haben auch ein Wohnzimmer, wo wir ab und zu zusammen essen und quatschen.
The room is already furnished with a bed and a desk.
The room is a bit small but the bathroom is really nice with nice tiles, a cool rain shower head that has a super pressure and a washing machine. We also have a nice balcony where you can chill on comfy chairs and eventually smoke. We also have a living room where we sometimes eat together and chat.
Die Wohnung ist so nah von der
Friedenheimerstraße-Haltestelle, dass man nur 7min braucht um die Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen (wenn du die U-Bahn nicht verpasst, die übrigens immer um 07 nach kommt (z.B. 17, 27, 37, 47, usw.), gut zu wissen ;)). Die Haltestelle ist nämlich vor der Haustür.
5min zu Fuß sind Edeka, Rewe und DM zu erreichen. Ansonsten sind 2 Aldi und ein Lidl 5min mit dem Fahrrad und noch ein Lidl (ungefähr 10min) mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen (wenn es regnet, ist es sehr praktisch). Ich glaub in der Nähe von Westendstraße gibt es auch ein Hit :)
Die Umgebung ist auch schön zum spazieren.
Westpark ist nicht so weit weg und in Laim gibt es eh sehr viel kleine und süße Parks. Dieses Viertel ist schon irgendwie wie ein gemütliches Dorf, obwohl alles, was man braucht sich in der Nähe befindet.
The apartment is so close to the
Friedenheimerstraße stop that you only need 7min to reach the Hauptbahnhof (if you don't miss the subway, which by the way always comes at past 07 (07, 17, 27, 37, etc.), good to know ;)). The stop is namely in front of the front door.
5min walking you can reach Edeka, Rewe and DM.
Otherwise, 2 Aldi and a Lidl 5min by bike and another Lidl (about 10min) by subway (if it rains, it is very convenient). I think close to Westendstraße there is also a Hit :)
The surrounding area is also nice for walking.
Westpark is not so far away and in Laim there is a lot of small and sweet parks anyway. This neighborhood is kind of like a cozy village, although everything you need is nearby.
In der WG wohnen jetzt Marta (aus Spanien), Nathalia (aus Spanien auch), Görkem (aus der Türkei) und ich (aus Deutschland ). Wir studieren alle sehr unterschiedliche Sachen. Görkem und Marta eher Wissenschaft mit Chemie und Biologie, Nathalia in Marketing und ich Sonderpädagogik.
Ich bin aber die einzige, die ausziehe. Wir haben einen Putzplan aber bleiben ziemlich flexibel und sind nicht so streng. Wir machen ab und zu essen zusammen oder quatschen oder spielen, usw. Jeder hat aber die Freiheit mitzumachen oder nicht mitzumachen.
In the WG live now: Marta (from Spain), Nathalia (from Spain too), Görkem (from Turkey) and me (from Germany). We are all studying very different things. Görkem and Marta more science with chemistry and biology, Nathalia in marketing and me education. But I am the only one moving out. We have a cleaning-plan but stay pretty flexible and are not that strict. We do dinner together from time to time or chat or play games, etc. But everyone has the freedom to join in or not.
