This room is situated within a spacious single-family house of approximately 180m², located in the peaceful neighborhood of Munich Laim and surrounded by a delightful garden.
The house features all amenities you need for your daily needs, including a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, etc. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials like a built-in kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. In your room, you'll find a bed (it's single but we also have double mattresses), a desk for work or study, a chair, and adequate storage space for your clothing and personal items.
For added convenience, we offer secure garage parking for bicycles or motorcycles, while on-street parking is easily accessible for cars, with plenty of spaces available.
This room is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful and friendly living space in Munich, with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay!
U5 Laimer Platz and U5 Friedenheimerstraße are a 5-6 minute walk away. Trams and buses also run here, including night lines to Pasing and the city center. Penny, Rewe, Edeka, and dm can all be reached within a 5-minute walk. Stores like Basic and Hofpfisterei are just a few minutes further. Laimer Markt (open on Fridays from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM) is about 8 minutes away and is beautifully charming.
The Westpark (a 9-minute walk) and Nymphenburg Palace Park (a 20-minute walk) are lovely recreational areas, with the Westpark being particularly suitable for jogging. The location is very peaceful, yet you can reach the main train station within 8 minutes by subway."
I am subrenting my room for 4 months as I'll be going on holiday to escape the winter blues. However, my heart is In our upstairs shared flat, there are two of us: Onur, your future flatmate, who works in software development and spends part of his evenings playing chess and learning Russian! Even though the upstairs flat has its own separate lease, the entire shared house is home to 6 young professionals aged between 28 and 33. We have very diverse professional backgrounds, including research, data science, marketing, architecture, and engineering. I cannot stress enough how amazing all these people are and how well we get along with each other! I am sure you will be amazed as well when you meet them :D
It would be ideal if you are already working or nearing the end of your studies. We have a very international household (German, Portuguese, Indian, Turkish), so when we're all together, we usually speak English at home. Often, we barbecue in the shared garden or hang out in the living room, or even go out together!
Feel free to write me and schedule a visit within the next few days! if you wanna move in by November 10th or 15th, that could also be arranged, although ideally you'd move in for the full 4 months!
