The room is big and bright, with a large window facing the street in the south, so you get a lot of sun. In the room there is a bed with matress, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and two cupboards. There is also access to the balcony that is shared with another flatmate.
Located on Senftenauerstraße, it is quiet in the apartment, but public transport is easily reachable and very well connected. Tram 18 is 5 minutes by foot, bus lines that take you to U-bahn and S-bahn are 3 minutes by foot and Laim U-bahn station is about 15 minutes by foot.
Akram (26), originally from Morocco, works as a Solution Architect in Salesforce. Johanna (28) is from Taiwan and is currently undergoing vocational training (Ausbildung) as an accountant. We rotate cleaning the common areas of the apartment weekly, so we're in search of a roommate who values cleanliness and responsibility. I'm Amina (20), and I'll be moving out on the first of March, leaving this beautiful room available for someone new. 😊
There is a dishwasher available in the kitchen, as well as a washing machine in the basement, both free for your use. Additionally, there is ample space in the basement to store your bike or any other bulky items.
The kitchen features a balcony facing the inner yard, where we typically hang laundry to dry. Another balcony is shared between your room and Akram's, offering a street view. Feel free to use this space to enjoy the afternoon sun, and we also cultivate some plants there.
The monthly rent is 830 EUR, covering everything, including heating, water, electricity, and WLAN. No additional charges or recalculations are applied at any point.
