The room is nicely furnished (also has parquet) and is in a quiet location in Laim. Since I am moving into a dorm room, I would like to have an extra €500 for the furniture. It is in good condition, I bought it 2 years ago for €980 from IKEA.
The room has a western exposure, so it is very sunny especially in the afternoon around 15:30. The neighbors are nice, but you would have to pay attention to the quiet hours.
Das Zimmer ist schön möbliert (hat auch Parkett) und befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Laim. Da ich in ein Wohnheimzimmer umziehe, hätte ich für die Möbel einen Aufschlag von €500. Sie sind gut erhalten, ich habe sie vor 2 Jahren für €980 von IKEA gekauft.
Das Zimmer hat eine westliche Ausrichting, weshalb es vor allem am Nachmittag gegen 15:30 sehr sonnig ist. Die Nachbarn sind nett, man müsste jedoch auf die Ruhezeiten achten.
Directly at the entrance of the apartment building is the bus stop "Schäufeleinstraße". In about 10-15 minutes walk is the S-Bahn stop "Hirschgarten". The apartment can also be reached almost directly by subway if you get off at the subway station "Friedenheimer Straße".
In the immediate vicinity there are very good shopping facilities. These are REWE, Aldi, dm and Penny. There is a Sparkasse and a post office nearby.
Direkt am Eingang vom Mehrfamilienhaus ist die Bushaltestelle "Schäufeleinstraße". In circa 10-15 Geheminuten befindet sich die S-Bahnhaltestelle "Hirschgarten". Die Wohnung ist auch über U-Bahn fast direkt zu erreichen wenn man an der U-Bahnstation "Friedenheimer Straße" aussteigt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das sind REWE, Aldi, dm und Penny. Es gibt eine Sparkassen- sowie eine Postfiliale in der Nähe.
From 01.03.23 my current roommate Georgios moved in. He is incredibly cool and nice, we often played together, cooked, ate or just talked. He is currently working, switches between home office and office work and is very tidy.
My other roommate Günther (he is the main tenant of the whole apartment) is very nice, but is lately because of his work relatively rarely there. All in all, it is a very relaxed, quiet and pleasant relationship in the WG.
Therefore, we are looking for a quiet, neat and open person. You should not be afraid of cleaning and follow the house rules, do not make noise with many people and take care of others.
Ab 01.03.23 ist mein jetziger Mitbewohner Georgios eingezogen. Er ist unglaublich cool und nett, wir haben oft zu zweit mal was gespielt, gekocht, gegessen oder sich einfach so unterhalten. Er ist berufstätig, wechselt zwischen Home-Office und Büro und ist sehr ordentlich.
Mein anderer Mitbewohner Günther (er ist der Hauptmieter der ganzen Wohnung) ist sehr nett, allerdings in letzter Zeit wegen seiner Arbeit relativ selten da. Alles in allem ist es ein sehr entspanntes, ruhiges und angenehmes Verhältnis in der WG.
Deshalb suchen wir nach einer ruhigen, ordentlichen und offenen Person. Du solltest dich vom Putzen nicht scheuen und die Hausregeln beachten, keinen Lärm mit vielen Menschen verursachen und Acht auf andere nehmen.
