The flat is located on the 4th floor of a multi-tenant house in Laim. The flat is composed of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bath and a nice balcony.

The room itself has a large window(s) towards the west so the sun is nicely shining into the room from midday on.
Based in Laim, you have short travel times to the city centre but the quietness of not being super centrally located.
Supermarket: 1min by foot
Bakery: 1min by foot
Tram: 1min by foot
U-Bahn: 7min by foot
To Hauptbahnhof: 15min (same by bike, tram or U-Bahn)
To Oktoberfest: 12min (by UBahn)
Also a gym, a climbing gym and a swimming pool, the beautiful Nymphenburgpark are all in 15min distance.
You'll be mostly living with Daniel (Physics Master student at TUM) and sometimes Jan (Business Master student at TUM).
They are broadly interested and love a good discussion on a wide range of topics from philosophy, over politics to sports and would love to find this interest reflected in our new flatmate as well. Sometimes, we have been cooking or doing sports together but generally see the WG as a place to relax and work from. Thus, mutual respect in every regard is important.
