The room is 11,5 square metres and fully furnished. The equipment includes:
- Bed (140*200)
- Wardrobe
- Bedside table with 2 drawers
- Table lamp
- Hanging lamp
The furniture is 2 years old and in very good condition.
The rest of the furniture that can be seen in the pictures will not stay in the room, but as one can see, there is enough space to have a table and even a small sofa. All depends on how you want to organise your future room :)
The room is east facing with sun all morning long. During the rest of the day there is also good natural light as there are no buildings in front of the apartment.
The apartment is in a very centric location in the Glockenbachviertel, 3 minutes away from the Underground station Fraunhoferstraße (U1 / U2 / U7 / U8). There is also Tram and Bus. Gärtnerplatz can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and Marienplatz in 15 minutes. In addition, the Isar is practically in front of the building, ideal for sports or to refresh yourself in the summer. It is a very nice place to get some fresh air in warm weather, but also really beautiful in the snowy winter.
Everything is within easy reach here: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc. The Glockenbachviertel is a really good place for young people. It is very dynamic and has a lot to offer.
Your future flatmate are Dani (29), from Barcelona, and Carina (27), who originally comes from the Allgäu.
Dani works as a Financial Accountant in a company that offers language courses to other companies. He likes to spend his free time in a relaxed way, whether it’s going for a walk by the Isar / discovering new neighbourhoods in the city on his bike or watching a movie/series on the sofa. During the week he goes to the gym a couple of times and meet his friends for a drink. When the weather is nice, he tries to go on a weekend hike (still a bit light) or to spend some time at one of the lakes near the city.
Carina moved to Munich only in September and now works in Marketing. In her free time, she loves travelling, playing music (piano, guitar and singing), scuba diving, snowboarding in winter and, in good weather, cycling and swimming. Otherwise, she is quite sociable and enjoys spending time with friends cooking together, going out or playing games.
As it has worked well until now, we are looking for someone nice with whom we can eat together, have a beer or a glass of wine after work or do something else together. But of course, everyone should also have their peace and quiet when they need it.
It is also important for us to keep the house clean and tidy.
The rent is 600€ (470€ Kaltmiete + 130€ Nebenkosten). In the Nebenkosten are included water, heating, electricity, TV&Radio and Internet (WLAN 200Mbps).
We really know how hard is to find a place when you are not in your own city or even country, so internationals are, of course, very welcome.
