The room is 18m^2, has a beautiful large windows which is looks towards the east. The furniture (bed, dresser, light, shelves, desk) will stay in the room. The room also has access to the beautiful balcony that is shared with Elisabeth's room.
Otherwise the kitchen(fully stocked) and hallway/dining area is shared along with the 2 toilets (one full, one half).
The apartment is in the Ludwigsvorstadt in walking distance of many cafes, bars and restaurants. We are 1 minute away from the theresienwiese and a 5 minute walk from goetheplatz.
The U3/U6 is a 5 minute walk away, and U4/U5 is 7 minutes.
There are also multiple different grocery stores nearby.

We are Leni, Elisabeth, and Martim. Leni is leaving for an internship for 6 months and is therefore searching for a sublet in this lovely apartment we call home! A few words about us:
Elisabeth (22) is currently studying her masters in neuro science at the LMU. She is originally from Belgium (which is why we speak English at home, not German!) and loves playing tennis and going to the mountains as much as possible.
Martim (21) is currently studying his masters in Law. He is originally from Paris and moved to Munich for his masters degree. He likes to read, cook, and discuss law in his free time.
Within the flat we often do activities together such as hiking, cooking, or baking! We love to hang out together, even if just for a quick chat. Nevertheless we respect each other's privacy and each of us has their own life and space within and outside of the flat.
Since I (Leni) and doing a practical in the summer I am looking for someone to take care of my furniture and my plants when I am gone. If you think you might be a good fit, please write us a couple words so we can get to know you!
