Habitación
The apartment is 110 sqm and consists of 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 sunny balconies with most rooms having beautiful wooden floors. We are on the fourth floor allowing lots of sun to come in and there is an elevator in the building and a small backyard where one can safely park bikes. Additionally there is a cellar room for storage.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools you need to make the next great meal or just a cake. The balcony is full of green plants and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. We keep the apartment rather clean by have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment every two weeks and we do a ‘bridging’ cleaning inbetween.
The room for rent itself is 19 sqm and has a south facing window looking on to Kapuzinerplatz. There are some furniture pieces available to purchase from the me (bed, wardrobe), but not required.
The location is great: just a 400m walk to the Goetheplatz metro station and less than 15 minutes walk to the Isar. The neighborhood has plenty of supermarket options, DM and all daily-convenience stores within walking distance. We are also culturally well connected by being just between the trendy Glockenbach Quarter and the alternative Schlagthoff Quarter. The Volkstheather just a few minutes walking and the ever colourful Bahnwäehrter Thiel right next to it.
The apartment is to be shared between a lovely couple (Chris & Martina), and yourself. Chris (45) is from California, works for the “German Nasa” and love to ride his bikes, go climbing, and play music. Martina (35) is a Munich local with a passion for latin America and playing in a bavarian brass orchestra. Both Chris and Martina are moving in together from separate WGs and are friendly and social people who like to chat and share food.
We are currently looking for one person to take over my 19 sqm room from December 1st.
You are welcome to reach out with further questions. And it will be nice if you can introduce briefly yourself and let me know what your favorite drink is (just so I know you read the ad completely). After that, we can make an appointment for a visit (in-person preferred, but online possible if you are not in town yet) and delve into all details you may like to know. For instance, if you are interested in furniture or not (please note that furniture in pictures might differ from the ones offered)
