The room has a window on the south side so is pretty light. The current tenant is suppose to move all of her fournitures but she is open to sell her bed and her cupboard.
The flat is 5 min walk away from the main station, 10 min to Theresienwiese, and offers a lot of grocery stores around (rewe, lidl, dm, pharmacy, … less than 100m away from the flat).
We are the only people living in the building so we never had any complain about noise.
There are one bathroom, two WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and even a GUEST ROOM (used when friends or family from abroad are visiting for example)
Our WG currently consists of three French guys in their late twenties. We take pride in keeping every common spaces clean and organized. On weekends we like to invite friends over to cook, play board games, watch Tv, and generally just hang out and enjoy each others company.
