I am renting my room from 3rd March until 13th April. I am a 23 years old MSc Student at TUM, and my room will be available in this time period, as I am travelling abroad during this time. The room is located in the city centre next to Theresienwiese. U-bahn U4 and U5 Theresienwiese are just 1 minute away from the flat, which is one station from the Hauptbahnhof.
The location is pretty nice and calm, suitable for runners and walk enjoyers. Close by is the shopping mall, including Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi...
Flat is very clean and quiet. Currently, in the flat is a previous Informatics student from TUM, and from the first of April, there will be also a female student starting her MSc studies at TUM.
No smoking is allowed.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 3. März bis 13. April. Ich bin ein 23-jähriger MSc-Student an der TUM und mein Zimmer wird in diesem Zeitraum verfügbar sein, da ich in dieser Zeit ins Ausland reise. Das Zimmer liegt im Stadtzentrum neben der Theresienwiese. Die U-Bahnen U4 und U5 Theresienwiese sind nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt, also eine Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, geeignet für Läufer und Spaziergänger. In der Nähe befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum, darunter Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi...
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig. In der WG wohnt derzeit eine ehemalige Informatikstudent der TUM, ab dem 1. April wird auch eine Studentin ihr MSc-Studium an der TUM beginnen.
Rauchen ist nicht gestattet.
