The room is for one person with enough space. It is well equipped with a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe, a shutter and a small desk with a chair. It's very quiet, you can sleep with open window. The whole flat is cosy, clean and well equipped. You can book for min. 14 days and max. 1,5 months (Probably it will also be for rent March and April 2022)

No matter if you want to go to the nature (1 min to Isar, 15 min to Flaucher, nature reserve, etc.), enjoy culture, or if you just want to hang around in nice bars & restaurants. The location is in the perfect surrounding between the Glockenbach Quarter and Isar/Flaucher. Its also called "Schlachthofviertel" or "Dreimühlenviertel"
Bus 132 (directly in front of the door), Bus 58 (5 min to walk).
I`m searching for a clean and respectful person. I like to chat, cook or hang out together sometime, but I do also need some privacy ;-)
about me:
I`m a gastronomy manager and interested in many things like different kinds of sports, good music, good food, good places & good people. People say that I´m a person of contrasts but I prefer to describe myself as "niveauflexible" :-) In some points I`m very prissy, but in the most things I´m quite an easy going guy. Major characteristics could be my sarcastic and ironic kind of humor, my spontaneity and my cordiality with people.
Thinks i don´t like:
racism and right-oriented people, homophobia, closed minded people, light coffee and Coldplay.
