Die Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, wovon eines frei wird.
Das Haus ist ein super junges (also die Mitbewohner). Es sind hier drei Wohnungen, eine mit einer weiteren 2er-WG und ein Mädel, die alleine wohnt.
Im Sommer wird hier auch gerne mal auf der Garagen-Dach-Terrasse gemeinsam gegrillt und auch im Keller kann das Hauseigene "Gym" genutzt werden. ;-P
Direkt am Goetheplatz.
Eddy (er bleibt in der WG) ist ein super lieber, herzensguter und umgänglicher toller Mitbewohner. Wir sind aus unserer letzten Wohnung gemeinsam hier eingezogen und wohnen nun knapp 2 Jahre zusammen. Es lässt sich also sehr gut mit ihm aushalten. ;-)
Da wir beide berufstätig sind, ist es uns wichtig, dass hier keine "Party-WG" entsteht bzw. geht das allein aufgrund des Arbeitspensums gar nicht mehr.
