Fully furnished shared apartment, very close to the Isar and 10 Minutes away from the city center. All expenses are included in the monthly rent - including cleaning service, GEZ radio tax, heating, electricity and internet. The room has a lot of light, and comes with a Smart TV, big wardrobe, king size box spring bed; it's basically ready to go.
Our apartment includes a dishwasher and a wash machine/dryer combo, as well as a modern induction cooking stove. It has a parking place for bikes at ground floor behind the building. The Hausmeister takes good care of the state of the building (fixing hot water, delivering parcels to cohabitants, etc).
As a household, we're an international mix of young people with a scientific background: Hugo (29) PhD student (structural biology) from the Netherlands, Selena (29) from Spain is working at a pharma company, Tobias from Denmark (27) is working at a sports company and Aseem (30) from India is an architect. We have a balanced mix of spontaneity and privacy, we're happy to be social but we don't force you to (although we're looking for a more extroverted person to maintain that balance).

Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt. 3 minutes from the nearest bus stops. 10-minute walk from U-bahn stations Goetheplatz (U3/U6) and Fraunhoferstrasse (U1/U2/U7/U8). The tram and S-bahn stammstrecke are also close.
5 minutes walk from the Isar river, where everyone hangs out in summer to have a beer.
