Furnished room in a 3-person WG at Goetheplatz from 1st June

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Getheplatz, 2 Minuten von der Ubahnstation Goetheplatz (U6/U3) entfernt.
Auch dieTheresienwiese und Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, DM) sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Auch die Altstadt, die Isar , das Glockenbachviertel und der Hauptbanhof sind fußläufig oder in wenigen Minuten mit der Rad erreichbar

The flat is located in the central Goetheplatz, 2 minute walking distance from the U3-U6 and 5 minutes walking distance from Theresienwiese.

Close by you can find Marienplatz (2 stops with the U-Bahn) and the Altstadt, the Isar, Glockenbachviertel, and Hauptbanhof at walking distance. Supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, DM) are also within walking distance.

Du wirst mit uns beiden zusammenwohnen:

Angela, ursprünglich aus Taiwan und in Australien aufgewachsen arbeitet in München als Projektmanagerin. Ihre Freizeit verbringt sie gerne mit Freunden bei Kaffee oder ein paar Drinks, erkundet die Stadt , geht ins Fitness und reist gerne, sobald sie Urlaub hat (vor Corona)

Sandra, aus der Nähe von München. Ich mache in meiner Freizeit öfter mal Sport (Yoga, Wandern, Bouldern, Klettern, Skifahren, Fitness ) oder lasse den Abend mit Freunden und einem Glas Wein ausklingen.

Da wir beide Vollzeit arbeiten ( Angela meist im Homeoffice, ich meistens im Büro), ist die WG für uns ein Ort, um uns zu erholen. Wir sind bisher ohne Putzplan und Regeln ausgekommen, weil jeder auf den anderen Rücksicht nimmt und seinen Dreck wegräumt. Wäre schön, wenn das auch weiterhin so umkompliziert klappt

You will share the flat with 2 other people:

Angela originally from Taiwan / half grew up in Australia and working in Munich as a project manager. Her leisure activities include hanging out with friends for coffee/drinks , exploring the city surroundings, traveling when she's on vacation, and visiting the gym (prior corona) for some exercise.

Sandra , from Germany. I work in Munich as a data analyst. In my free time, I often do sports (yoga, gym, hiking, bouldering, climbing, skiing, running) or enjoy a glass of wine and spending time with my friends and family.

Being both full time employed, we see the WG as a place to relax and unwind after long working days.
Up to now the flat was always very clean, even withoutn a plan for cleaning and strict ruels. In order to keep it as such, respect for other flatmates is a necessary component in out WG-life.

Strom, Internet und GEZ sind nicht ind er Miete enthalten und w erden zwischen uns 3 aufgeteilt.
