Great room to rent for the month of december (from 03.12.2021 until 04.01.2022), not too noisy in the back building of the Goldmarie (well-known restaurant on the corner of Lindwurmstr./Schmellerstr.). Roommates are in their mid 40's, early 50's. Both very nice and sociable.
The room is rented for one month, as I am traveling for personal and professional reasons. It is furnished, nothing is missing. My monthly rent will be taken over, otherwise there are no costs.

Tolles Zimmer, nicht zu laut im Rückgebäude der Goldmarie (bekanntes Restaurant Ecke Lindwurmstr./Schmellerstr.). Mitbewohner sind Mitte 40, Anfang 50. Beide sehr nett, umgänglich und nicht auf den Kopf gefallen.
Das Zimmer wird für einen Monat vermietet (von 03.12.2021 bis 04.01.2022), da ich aus privaten und beruflichen Gründen unterwegs bin. Es ist möbliert, es fehlt an nichts. Meine Monatsmiete wird übernommen, ansonsten fallen keine Kosten an.
Freue mich auf alle Interessierte.
