Das Zimmer geht in den ruhigen Hinterhof. Man kann ohne Probleme mit Fenster offen schlafen. Sonst haben wir einen großen Gang, ein Bad, eine Küche mit Esstisch und einen Balkon. Abstellkammer in der Wohnung und Kellerabteil sind auch vorhanden!
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und es kann natürlich alles genutzt werden!
Auch das Zimmer ist ausgestattet (Schrank 3-türig, Bett+Matratze, 2 Regale, Kleiderstange, Tisch mit Spiegel). Alles im top Zustand. Dafür würde ich mit dir über eine geringe Ablöse reden. Kann natürlich auch über Ebay Kleinanzeigen weiter verkauft werden.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Paul und Tim. Beide berufstätig und untertags meistens lange im Büro. Sonst aber super cool drauf. Sie sind freundlich, lustig und offen. Die beiden verstehen sich super und freuen sich auf eine neue Person. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich immer super mit Ihnen zurecht gekommen bin und es echt immer cool war. Ob Sport oder ein Glas Wein am Abend ;) Sind für alles zu haben.

The room faces the quiet backyard. You can sleep with the window open without any problems. Otherwise we have a large hallway, bathroom, kitchen with dining table and balcony. Storage room in the apartment and cellar compartment are also available!
The apartment is fully equipped and of course everything can be used!
The room is also equipped (wardrobe 3-door, bed+mattress, 2 shelves, clothes rail, table with mirror). Everything in top condition. For this, I would talk to you about a small transfer fee. Can of course also be sold on Ebay classifieds.
You will live with Paul and Tim. Both working and during the day usually long in the office. But otherwise super cool on it. They are friendly, funny and open. They get along great and are excited to meet someone new. I can only say that I have always gotten along great with you and it was always really cool. Whether sports or a glass of wine in the evening ;) Are for everything to have.

Zum Einziehen benötigt man nur die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise. Das geht mit unserer Hausverwaltung sehr simpel :)
