bei uns in der WG wird vom 01. März 2024 ein schönes Zimmer frei. Es ist eine Dreizimmerwohnung mit Küche, Bad, WC. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und kann neben der Treppe auch mit einem kleinen Aufzug erreicht werden. In der Wohnung haben wir eine große Küche, mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Ofen, viel Stauraum etc. Im Bad findest du eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine Badewanne in der es sich super entspannen lässt. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Wir haben ein Restaurant unter uns, so dass es an manchen Sommerabenden ein wenig lauter werden kann. Ansonsten eine tolle Lage und eine schöne Wohnung.

We have a room available in our WG from 01. March 2024. It is a three bedroom flat with a common kitchen, bad, toilet. The apartment is located on the third floor and can be reached by a small elevator in addition to the stairs. In the apartment we have a large kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, plenty of storage space, etc. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine, dryer and a bathtub. The room is unfurnished. We have a restaurant underneath, so sometimes it can get a little bit louder in the summer. Otherwise, a great location and a grat flat.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und befindet sich super zentral in direkter Nähe zum Goetheplatz.

Meine Mitbewohnerin Clara und ich leben in der Wohnung und sind beide berufstätig. Wir beide mögen es einfach und unkompliziert. Wenn du grade in der Party-Phase deines Lebens bist und jeden Tag zum Vortrinken einlädst, dann sind wir wahrscheinlich nicht die perfekte WG für dich. Außerdem mögen wir es sauber, aber nicht manisch sauber, nur normal sauber (ist nicht sehr spezifisch, ich weiß, aber so á la kein Geschirr in der Spüle für mehr als zwei Tage und keine Haare in der Dusche - Art von sauber). Auch mögen wir jemanden, der nicht vor einem Staubsauger scheut.
My flatmate Clara and I live in the flat and are both busy. We both like it simple and easy, so if you are in a party stage of your life right now and like to have people over more often than not, we will probably not be a good fit. Also, we like it clean but no manic-level clean, just regular clean (not very specific, I know, but no dishes in the sink for more than two days and no shower hair type of clean). Also, we are looking for someone who does not shy away from a vacuum cleaner and takes their turn to clean.
Ansonst bist du natürlich auch herzlich eingeladen dir die Wohnung bei einem Kennenlernen anzuschauen (online oder live, wie du magst).
