The room for rent is large and can easily fit a bed and a couch plus space for working (home office).
I have some furniture but no bed. There's a fold out couch and a wardrobe if you would be interested.
There are already curtains that fit the big window and are good quality.
It's the brightest room in the apartment and the biggest.
At the moment is full of random stuff from my office and snowboards etc so please ignore the mess in the photo.
The apartment is right in the middle of everything and just a two minute walk away from the Goetheplatz U-Bahn station.
The Isar is close by and it is only a 5min walk to Theresienwiese (very convenient for Oktoberfest and winter Tollwood).
Nearby there are really great cafes and restaurants.
I have two cats who are super chill and very cuddly and a lot of plants.
I'm an outgoing and open person, so I'm happy to chill and socialise around the apartment but I'm also out a lot with friends and traveling. I like to cook and listen to music and would be happy to share this with someone.
I'm from Ireland originally and have lived in Germany for 6 years now.
I am 34 now and to be honest I'm not super into living with anyone in their 20's, I'd rather live with someone who was closer to my age. However at the same time, I am far from a boring 30 something year old, I am very social and go out a lot.
If this fits where you are also in life then the apartment will be a good fit for you too.
I work from home a lot of the time so I'm around the apartment during the day, but I will also be away on work trips from time to time and also the odd trip to the office for the day does happen every now and again.
I love breakfast so it's always an elaborate affair :)
In general I'm just a really easy going and relatively tidy person.
As a plus I also have a robo-vacuum called Bob, Bob rocks :)
The apartment is in large old residential building from the 1890's with high ceilings.
There is a good size Keller for storage downstairs and we have an elevator in the building.
There is only public parking outside the apartment so if you have a car then it is possible to find parking spots nearby but not directly on the street outside. Bikes can be kept downstairs in the Innenhof
