Small but cosy room with a hanging chair and an extended windowsill to sit on and enjoy the sun. The bed is rather small but very comfy in a darker corner of the room. There are a piano and a guitar, as well as a yoga mat you could use if you like. Also lots of books to borrow, most of them found for free on the street.
Quite calm when it comes to road noises because the flat is in a back building. Furnished with a bed, two wardrobe-wineboxes, a self-made wooden construction in front of the window I use as a desk, a book shelf and to sit on, and a hanging chair.
The room is free for the whole April. I’ll be gone from 04.04. to 04.05., but let me know which dates best work for you and we can talk about it :)
Perfect location, close to the U-bahn station Goetheplatz (3-7 minutes depending on the length of your legs).
Many Bars and Restaurants as well as the Isar in walking distance, perfect for a little dip in the summer (or winter...).
Good public transport with Ubahn and (night-) Buses.
Shops all within 5-15 min walk (Edeka, Alnatura, Penny, DM, REWE, Post Office).
We're an international 8er WG consisting of students and young employees. As a flat we do a lot together, whether it's a cosy chill or film evening, cooking session or even the occasional party on the weekends. We like to create a joyful living environment with social activities and some glasses of wine or some beers ;)
There are also many nationalities here (German, French, Italian, Hong Kong). All languages are used but we mostly communicate in English.
We usually have dinner together. Whoever wants to join can. Sometimes we are 13 people from the flat, the other floors and friends for a dinner.
In our building there are also two other 8er WG's, with whom we stay in close contact. We like to cook together, watch movies and play games.
We got two bathrooms, one kitchen and a small room to hang out together, so there's plenty of space for all of us. To ensure that the flat does not get too messy, we have a cleaning plan that we expect each housemate to take an active role in.
Basically, this place is perfect if you like meeting new people and want a lovely home in the heart of Munich.
