Cozy room in a shared apartment. We are looking for a person to share a flat with from 5.01.2024. We work and study at university so when we get home we look for a quiet and cozy environment to rest. The apartment has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Maxvorstadt neighborhood is very central! 10 minutes from the Univesität metro stop.
rent: 650€
gas+electricity+internet+radio: 125€ per month
kaution: 650€ (bis 6 monate) or 1500€ (Uber 6 monate)
the room IS empty (no furniture)
IMPORTANT:
Due to Christmas I wont be capable of showing the room in person, the photos are "reliable".
