Ich habe ein wunderschönes, helles Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen 2er-WG befristet im Februar und März zu vermieten und suche nach einer freundlichen Mitbewohnerin.

Das verfügbare Zimmer ist charmant und lichtdurchflutet. Aktuell ist nur ein Schrank vorhanden und sonst unmöbliert.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ein Aufzug und ein Fahrradkeller.

I have a beautiful, bright room in my cozy 2-person shared apartment available for rent for the months of February and March, and I am looking for a friendly roommate.
Location:
My shared apartment is conveniently located near Josephsplatz/Theresienstraße, with easy access to public transportation and shopping options. Right in the heart of Munich.
The Room:
The available room is charming and filled with natural light. Currently, there is only a wardrobe, and the rest is unfurnished.
The Shared Apartment:
I am part of a relaxed and open-minded 2-person shared apartment. Shared evenings, cooking sessions, and good conversations are part of my daily routine. Friends are also welcome to join.
A washing machine, elevator, and bicycle storage are available. If interested, please feel free to reach out! International students are welcome for a smooth start in Munich as well.

Meine WG liegt zu Fuß super nah am Josephsplatz/Theresienstraße mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Edeka, Lidl und DM - auch in der Nähe der TUM Direkt im Herzen von München.
Die WG:
Ich bin in einer entspannten und aufgeschlossenen 2er-WG. Gemeinsame Abende, Kochsessions und gute Gespräche sind auch mal dabei aber man kann sich auch gerne zurückziehen. Gerne sind hier auch mal Freunde da.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ein Aufzug und ein Fahrradkeller.
