The apartment is on the 4th floor, has 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, is phenomenally beautiful, and fully furnished with high-quality items, including a Home Gym, and a kitchen with professional equipment and a B&O sound system.
On the ground floor, there's a cute café, and in the courtyard, you can securely store bicycles. The location is superbly central, right next to the LMU (Ludwig Maximilian University) and the U3/6 subway station "Universität." The English Garden, Siegestor, Odeonsplatz, and the most delightful restaurants in the Maxvorstadt are just a few meters away.
A fully furnished room with a King Size sofa bed, desk, wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a bathtub + shower is waiting for you. You are welcome to use everything in the apartment.
In the other half of the apartment, Alina, 31, the founder of a fashion label, lives in a separate room with a bathroom.
