I am subrenting my beautiful, spacious and Bright Room in Maxvorstadt right at U Bahn Station Stiegelmeier Platz in Munich. I’m going on a trip to Australia for three months and maybe longer so the room will be available for three months from the 20th of February until 20 May, at least. The room is fully equipped with a big bad 160 cm a desk and several opportunities to store things. in our WG we share a dressing room so there’s plenty of space for your clothes outside of your room. we have a big kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.
My roommate, Aschraf is working full-time and barely home during the day, but home at night from around 8 pm. He is very very neat and tidy that is why we’re looking for someone who is mindful with our space and knows how to live with others. Preferrably someone that is around our age 30 and working:)
The rent includes all cost like water and electricity, internet and gez.
We have set a day for viewings and the open slots are Thursday, 8th of February at 8pm, 9:30 pm or Friday 8 pm.
