Ich vermiete ein helles, geräumiges Zimmer in einem Mehrparteienhaus, in dem sich mehrere Büros und einige Wohnungen befinden. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Das 15 Quadratmeter große Zimmer hat eine Schräge, die es besonders gemütlich macht. Der Boden besteht aus Laminat. Es kann teilmöbliert mit Schlafcouch und Tisch oder leer gemietet werden. Es ist Teil einer größeren Wohnung. Das Zimmer ist geeignet für Studenten oder Leute, die sich in der Ausbildung befinden und vor allem ein ruhiges Quartier benötigen. Das große Wohnzimmer ist teilweise auch mein Arbeitszimmer. Aber der große Tisch kann zum Essen gerne benutzt werden, obwohl auch die Küche über einen Tisch verfügt. Der Boden im Wohnzimmer ist etwas abgenutzt.
I rent a bright, spacious room in a multi-party house in the city center of Munich. Several offices and appartements make up a busy but nevertheless pleasant atmosphere in a nice backyard. The room of a size of 15 qm implies slants that give it a nice atmosphere. It can be rented with a sleep couch and a table or as an empty unit. The room is appropriate for students or people whose focus is to have a calm surrounding in which they can do their business. The huge living room is partly my office but the large table can be used to eat although there is also a table in the kitchen.
The floor in the rooms is a bit worn-out.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Es sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, zwei Minuten zur Trambahn und 6 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Die Universitäten TU, LMU und FH sind mit dem Fahrrad in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants, Ärzte und Kneipen. Für Autofahrer gibt es einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der allerdings 120 Euro kostet. Der Königsplatz bietet viele Feste und Events im Sommer und man kann dort gut mit Freunden picknicken.
From here, the central station is a 10 minute walk away. The next tram station is 200 meters, the subway 500 meters away. The universities TU, LMU and FH can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The area consists of several supermarkets, small restaurants and beautiful pubs as well as sufficient medical care. The Königsplatz, 500 meters away, in summer hosts several concerts and fun events. You are in the middle of urban life! If you have a car, you have a problem because parking is not possible in the near surrounding. But it is possible to rent an underground parking space for 120 Euros per month. The Königsplatz is a five minute walk away. Here many music events and parties take place and it is a wonderful place for barbecue with friends.
Ich bin Mitte fünfzig Jahre alt, arbeite als Lehrer am Gymnasium in Teilzeit und schreibe wissenschaftliche Artikel. Deshalb suche ich einen ruhigen, kommunikativen Mitbewohner, der gemeinschaftliches Wohnen schätzt, ein bisschen tolerant in Sachen Ordnung (nicht Sauberkeit!) ist und die Angelegenheiten des Bad- und Küchen Putzens gemeinsam in Angriff nimmt. Bisher hatte ich mit Mitbewohnern aus Australien, Mexiko, Indien, Südafrika etc. sehr gute Erfahrungen und einen anregenden interkulturellen Austausch. Am Wochenende kann man nach Absprache Freunde in die Wohnung einladen zu Kochen, weil der Wohnzimmerraum groß genug ist, um gemeinsam zu essen.
I am in the mid 50s, work aa a part-time teacher and to some scientific writing at home. Persons from Italy, Australia, South America and Europe have already lived in this room and we have enjoyed good fellowship. But as a so-called intellectual, some paperwork may sometimes be distorted on the table in the living room, A bit of tolerance in this respect is a necessary requirement for a potential roommate. That does not mean that I compromise basic cleaning standards.I enjoy cooking or watching a movie together or with some friends.
Sleep-Overs von Freunden sind nur in Ausnahmen möglich, und dann maximal eine Person, da ich teilweise auch in der Wohnung arbeiten muss. Nach Absprache kann man aber gern Freunde zum Essen einladen. Während des Oktoberfestes sind Übernachtungen nicht erlaubt. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt sechs Monate.

Sleep overs are only possible as an exception over the week-end and not during the Oktoberfest and only one person. Please contact me via email or whatsapp. It is only possible when you stay at least 6 month!
