Hallo zusammen,
Ich starte eine neue WG in der Maxvorstadt/Neuhausen (Lothstr. neben der Bib). Ich selbst bin nur alle paar Monate mal für ein paar Tage da, deswegen ist die Wohnung per se eine 2er WG. Das komplette Haus ist kernsaniert. Alles ist also tippitoppi neu: alle Räume mit Parkett, ein neues Bad, Balkon, Aufzug usw. Eine Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine ist bereits drin. Das große Zimmer mit Balkon hat 20m² und kostet kalt 780€, das etwas kleinere Zimmer hat 15m² und kostet kalt 670€. Auf Wunsch sind die Zimmer teilmöbliert. Die Tram-Haltestelle Lothstr. ist eine Minute entfernt, die U-Bahn Haltestelle Maillingerstr. ca 10 Minuten. Ein Edeka ist direkt nebenan + diverse Bäcker und Restaurants auch. Es ist eine echt coole Wohnung und ich freu mich auf coole Leute und ein schönes Zusammenleben.

I'm starting a new flat share in Maxvorstadt / Neuhausen (Lothstr. Next to the library). I am only there for a few days every few months, which is why the apartment rather is a 2-shared apartment. The entire house has been completely renovated. So everything is new: all rooms with parquet, a new bathroom, balcony, elevator, etc. A kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine is already in there. The large room with balcony has 20m² and costs 780 €, the somewhat smaller room has 15m² and costs 670 € (exclusive of heating + additional costs). The rooms can be partially furnished on request. The tram stop Lothstr. is a minute away, the underground station Maillingerstr. about 10 minutes. An Edeka is right next door + various bakeries and restaurants too. It's a really cool apartment and I'm looking forward to cool people and a nice living together.
