Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und voll möbliert.
Folgende Möbel sind vorhanden:
- Ein Bett mit einer neuen Matratze (2 x 1,6 M)
- Ein Schreibtisch mit einem Stuhl
- Ein Kleiderständer
- Ein Kleiderschrank im Flur
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Von der Uni ist die Wohnung 10 Min zu Fuß entfernt und vom Hbf 15 Min zu Fuß oder 2 Min mit der U-Bahn vom Stiegelmaierplatz.
Ihr würdet zusammenwohnen mit meinem Mitbewohner, während ich drei Monate in Spanien verbringe. Mein Mitbewohner hat an der HFF München Drehbuch studiert und ist super nett, aber auch oft am arbeiten. Gerne mal abends ein Bier in der Küche!
