Mein 23m² großes Zimmer in unseren gemütlichen WG im Herzen der Maxvorstadt ist von Januar bis Juli frei, da ich für ein Auslandssemester in die USA gehe. Falls du nur für einen Teil der Zeit eine Wohnung suchst, schreibe mir gerne auch!
Das Leben in der WG könnte angenehmer nicht sein. Die große Küche und Balkon sind die zentralen Schauplätze. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Amara und Laura, die aktuell Studienarbeiten schreiben bzw. Praktika machen.
Bei Koch-Sessions oder einem spontanen Mitternachtsbier sind sie immer dabei. Keine Sorge, dir wird hier auch genug Freiraum zum Entspannen und Zurückziehen gelassen. Beide sind nämlich sehr aktiv und auch viel unterwegs.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit 140er Bett, Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch, Kicker, Schrank.

My 23m² room in this cosy and uncomplicated shared flat in the heart of Maxvorstadt is available for subletting from January until July as I'll be in the USA for an exchange semester.
Life in the WG could not be more pleasant. The large kitchen and balcony are the central locations. Your roommates are Amara and Laura, who are writing theses and doing internships during their semester break.
They are always there for cooking sessions or a spontaneous midnight beer. Don't worry, you will be given enough space to relax and retreat. Both are very active and on the road a lot.
The room is furnished with a 140 cm wide bed, desk, sofa bed, foosball table and wardrobe.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Teil der Amalienstraße und ist gleichzeitig im Herzen der Maxvorstadt. Auf Grund der Lage im 4. Stock gibt es jede Menge Sonne. Alles lebensnotwendige ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es jede Menge Bars, Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Zur Uni (LMU, TU) ist es ein Katzensprung.
U-Bahn Odeonsplatz (U3/U6): 5min zu Fuß
Bus Nr. 100 zum Hauptbahnhof: 1min zu Fuß
Edeka: 5min zu Fuß
Bäcker: 1min zu Fuß

The apartment is located in a traffic-calmed down part of Amalienstraße and at the same time in the heart of Maxvorstadt. Due to the location on the 4th floor there is plenty of sunshine when it shines. Everything essential for life can be reached on foot in five minutes. There are also a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. The university (LMU, TU) is just a stone's throw away.
Subway Odeonsplatz (U3/U6): 5min by foot
Bus no. 100 to the main train station: 1min walk
Supermarket: 5min on foot
Bakery: 1min on foot
Wir alle in der WG sind gut befreundet und machen aber natürlich auch immer wieder unser eigenes Ding. Besuch ist immer herzlich willkommen und am Wochenende wird auch mal eine Flasche Wein aufgemacht.

All of us in the shared flat are good friends and of course we all do our own thing. Visitors are always welcome and on weekends we open a bottle of wine.
