Hallo, wir sind zwei Studenten, beide 20 Jahre alt. Da unserer Mitbewohner Ende Juli auszieht, suchen wir jemand neues für sein Zimmer.
Wir sind eine eher ruhige Wg, aber wir unternehmen öfters etwas zusammen und würden eine reine Zweck-Wg gerne vermeiden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und einzugsbereit. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, Cafés, Parks, etc. Die nächste Ubahnstation ist die Theresienstraße der U2.
Leider haben wir keine Waschmaschine aber es gibt mehrere Waschsalons in der Nähe.
