Dein WG-Zimmer ist mein Wohnzimmer, welches ich nicht wirklich benötige und deswegen für den Sommer für 1 Monat zwischenvermieten möchte.
Die Wohnung besteht außerdem aus einem kleinen Bad, einer Wohnküche und meinem Schlafzimmer.
Für die Ausstattung des zu vermietenden Zimmers siehe Bilder.
Zu Fuß an U2 und diverse Buslinien in ca. 5min angeschlossen.
Die Wohnung geht zum Innenhof und zur Hofeinfahrt raus.
Ich bin berufstätig, arbeite manchmal im homeoffice. Und ich bin definitiv eine Frühaufsteherin und damit auch eine früh zu Bett Geherin.
Ich bin hilfsbereit aber auch dankbar für jemand Selbstständiges.
Ich stelle mein Wohnzimmer zur Zwischenmiete gerne für eine Nichtraucherin zur Verfügung.
