Not a picky person, just looking for a shared apartment with my own room with friendly and clean(!) people.
Preferably with a clean kitchen/bathroom and windows. Balcony (shared) is welcome but optional.
I need a bed, desk and a wardrobe. I love LEDs/neon lights under the bed - will bring those with me.
Will leave your room cleaner than received.
Location preferably somewhere on the path between the center and TUM (Informatics department) - Parkstadt Schwabing, Maxvorstadt etc.
I like a good view but it's not a necessity.
- I will/can be mostly "on the road" either working/studying at uni/library, in the gym or exploring around Munchen & Germany.
- Previously lived with 8-15 people in the same floor for one semester, when on an exchange in the netherlands (during corona) - made memories and friends for life all over the world.
- In search of travel/fitness budy. (Powerlifting, bodybuilding, 2+years of experience; can help you with your program if you are newbie/intermediate.)
- Quiet, focused person, respect other's time and space. But also love to party.
- Cooking when needed - meal preping for a couple of days in advance. (Can also show you how to make sushi if you teach me something in exchange:D)
- Always clean after myself - probably the cleanest person you will meet <3
English C1, German B1 (supposedly), Slovenian native.
