In unserer 3er-WG wird zum 01.11. mein Zimmer mit 15 qm und schönem Parkettboden frei. Es hat ein Fenster zum Innenhof raus und ist daher total ruhig. Im Zimmer verbleiben würden die zwei auf den Bildern sichtbaren Kommoden, die Kleiderstange und das Palettenbett. Dafür und die sonstigen in der Wohnung angeschafften Gebrauchsgegenstände (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Badregal) auch die genannte Ablöse von 150€.
Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über zwei Bäder, sodass man sich morgens nicht in die Quere kommt. Die Küche ist klein, aber fein und bietet alles was man braucht.

This 15 sqm room in our 3-person shared flat is gonna be free from 01.11. It has a window to the courtyard and is therefore totally quiet. I would like to leave the two dressers, the bed and the clothing rack for a transfer fee of 150€.
The apartment also has two bathrooms, so you do not get each other in the way in the morning. The kitchen is small but nice and has everything you need.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist natürlich kaum zu toppen und bietet alles was das Großstadtherz begehrt. 3 Minuten zur Bahn (U2), 5 min zur Tram, 10 Min zur anderen Bahn (U1) und Restaurants, Supermärkte und Fitnessstudio vor der Haustür.

The location of the flat is a dream. A few minutes by foot you can reach the subway (U1,U2), the Tram and lots of restaurants, supermarkets and a gym.
Aktuell wohnen in der WG neben mir Julius und Ine. Julius zieht voraussichtlich die nächsten Monate aus München weg, sodass du vor allem mit Ine zusammenwohnen wirst und einer weiteren Person, die ihr dann zukünftig bestimmen könnt.
Next to me my flatmates Julius and Ine live in our shared space. Julius is probably gonna leave Munich soon, so you're gonna live with Ine and one other person you are gonna choose with her.

I’m Ine! ;)) I’m 23 years old. I study Maskenbild at the Theaterakademie. Before I came to Munich I finished a Bachelor in Printmaking, and a study in Make-up. I’m very interested in all Art/culture-related things; I like to read, go to the cinema, theatre, etc. In my free time I love to go for a walk (sometimes a run ;)) in nature. I also like to go for drinks with friends in a bar/pub or go dancing.
In the evenings, at the wg, I like to be able to chat! I cook very often so you’ll see me around. I’m always in for a drink, cook together, a gamesnight or something like that! ;))
We try to keep our flat clean, so it would be important that you are able to clean up after yourself :)
