I am moving for a job abroad and unfortunately I have to leave to someone this amazing room. The room is quite spacious and has everything you might need. The room is rented as in picture, however if you want the tv and the mirror you should pay around 120 € for them.
The flat is well connected to the city centre with buses leaving at any time. The bus stop is 5 minutes by foot and also other shops are all around. This part of the city is nice if you are looking for silence and comfort.
My flatmates are my family, I have been relying on them during the past 3 years that I've lived in Munich. Caro (25) is a student in environmental engineering, she is a sporty type and she will try to convince you to run a marathon, besides this she is a goofy and funny friend who cames up with interesting ideas. Alberto (26) is a student at LMU ( Biochemistry) and he loves to cook ( italian mostly) and to spend time with his small dog, Pepe, who also lives in the house. So you shouldn't dislike dogs or be allergic to them.
