(Feel free to write german or english - deutsch ist meine Muttersprache ;))
i will be away for backpacking & working from remote 15.12.2023 - 15.01.2024 - so you would have a room and most of the time the flat for yourself. Rent is total 850,- per month / 4 weeks. +/- 2 weeks flexible.
If you rent only 15.12-15.01 only - we can can talk about a discount :).
The rent duration is flexible in all directions by -/+ for one or two weeks. But both of us would need to do some compromises as the flat is quite small.
The Flat has everything you need. All furniture there. Some staff can be brought to the basement to make space. Let me know if you have questions :)
Flat is located super well and in Maxvorstadt. Close to fresenius university and Olympia park.

You can sleep on the sofa/bed using a topper (sofa with bed function) (IKEA friheten). Would be great if you bring some bedding / sleep linen on your own. But i have also everything needed at my place.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing / dry machine.
Lets have a talk :) a brief intro of yourself and what youre looking for in munich and your plan would be nice to read upfront. (Linkedin insta tiktok if applicable)
Formal process: you will get a rental contract for the time. Thats why a Liability insurance and a passport copy are required. And dont forget the deposit :). But depends on your insurance stetus ;).

The flat is located just at the boarder of Maxvorstadt and Neuhausen. Pretty close to everything and everywhere.
Its calm - but within 10 Min. Walk you have Pinakotheken / public transport (bus, metro, tram), restaurants, bars, university etc.

I will be away most of the time in August and than will work around 12-14h a day from the office (have a new project at work :)) to give us both some space if required in september.
About myself: 32, working in Consulting @accenture and most of the time travelling, at the office, just tired or in work mode during the week. Werkends are for fun!
