Ich biete mein Zimmer im Geschwister-Scholl Wohnheim für den Februar/März 2023 zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist 16qm groß, mit eigenem Waschbecken; die Küche und das Badezimmer werden mit anderen Flurbewohnern geteilt. Bett, Schreibtisch und Schränke sind vorhanden.
Das Studentenwohnheim ist sehr belebt und hier wohnen viele internationale Studierende aus der ganzen Welt. Wöchentlich werden gemeinsame Veranstaltungen, Ausflüge und Partys organisiert, so dass man hier schnell Anschluss findet.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral und nur fünf Gehminuten von der Ubahn Station Theresienstraße entfernt.
Es gibt eine schöne Terrasse im Innenhof, des Weiteren verfügt das Wohnheim unter anderem über einen kleinen Fitnessraum, einen Musikraum und einen Tischtennisraum. Weitere Informationen gibt es auf https://www.schollheim.net/
Die Gesamtmiete für den Zeitraum vom 8.2. bis 28.3. beträgt 650€ (warm inkl. Strom und Internet) und eine Kaution von 50€ muss vor dem Einzug überwiesen werden.

I would like to sublet my room in Geschwister-Scholl-Wohnheim for February/March 2023. The room is on the first floor, 16 square meters, with its own sink; the kitchen and bathroom are shared with other residents. Bed, desk and cupboards are available.
The dormitory is very lively and many international students from all over the world live here. Weekly events, excursions and parties are organized so that you can quickly connect.
The location is very central, near to english garden and only a five-minute walk from the subway station Theresienstrasse.
There is a beautiful terrace in the courtyard, the dormitory also has a small fitness room, a music room and a table tennis room. More information is available at https://www.schollheim.net/
The total rennt from 8th of February until 28th of March is 650€ and a deposit of 50€ must be paid before moving in.
