11m2 room in a WG of 10 students.
Shared bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen is cleaned once in a week by cleaning personnel.
Shared places are kept very clean by the students.
The amenities are new in the room including the comfortable bed -no ugly surprises.
The tools in the kitchen are common to use and there is pretty much everything that you may need- pans, pots, cuttleries, oven, microwave, stove, baking tools and cooking tools, spices, wine glasses etc.
You will have a private shelf in the fridge and in the closet in the kitchen.

4 min walking distance to TUM
8 min walking distance to English Garden
There are many all budget restaurants witin 300m, including world cuisines, fast food shops, vegan restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops around.

SHARED LIFE
We have an active and friendly WG, we often cook in the kitchen, play boardgames usually once a week, chill and drink some wine or beer in the kitchen on weekends.
You are welcomed to participate into our social life in the kitchen if feel like. But you don't have to participate or socialize because all of us respect each other's life and privacy.
Basically, showing respect to your flatmate's lives (including keeping noise down after 1am) and keeping the common spaces clean is the most important criteria.
